Exchange Policy:
Defective or Incorrect Items: You have 14 days to exchange items that are defective or incorrect.
Incorrect Size: You can exchange full-priced items (excluding promotions) for a different size once within 14 days.
Exchange Conditions:
Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Original Tags: All original tags must be attached.
Video Evidence: Record a video unboxing your package to document any issues.

Exchange Fees: A fee of 189 Baht applies for exchanges not caused by Pronto Denim’s error.
